What experience does beeside have?

beeside is a new platform, but not built on new, untested services. None of the service providers in the ecosystem are new — that is what guarantees beeside does not improvise on a client’s requirements. What is new is the platform itself, which manages the process with a real team of experts behind it. Our role is not to replace specialists; our role is to structure the RFI, identify the right expert ecosystem and create an accountable roadmap.

What happens if beeside or a provider fails? Is my institutional credibility exposed?

Referring a company is not a leap of faith. beeside’s methodology and evaluation process exist precisely to contain the risks that would otherwise fall on the Embassy, the representative or the company. The advantage is structural: beeside’s methodology and evaluation process are themselves the containment mechanism for these risks.How beeside contains risk: - Prior curation — providers enter the ecosystem only after an beeside evaluation process, not on request alone. - Active monitoring — the beeside Sherpa follows the engagement; issues are identified and escalated early, not discovered after the fact. - Contractual separation — the commercial and legal relationship sits between the company and the specific provider, not between the company and beeside, and not with whoever made the referral. - Escalation path — if a provider underperforms, beeside can re-evaluate, replace or remove it from the ecosystem.Reputational risk does not transfer automatically to whoever made the introduction.

Who is legally responsible if a provider fails to deliver?

Responsibility sits with the company, because beeside connects and supervises — it does not deliver the service itself. The company signs the service contract directly with the provider, the same as it would if it had contracted directly on its own. beeside is not a party to that contract. The real value is in the question “who will you sign with?” — these are beeside-verified companies, not names from an open directory. This does not remove the normal commercial risk of any contract, but it removes the risk of signing with someone unvetted.

Does beeside charge the Embassy for referrals?

Accepted Answer

No. beeside does not charge the Embassy — there is no fee or commission per company referred. beeside charges for the services a company requests and uses. This is intentional: it means beeside has no incentive to “place” companies or inflate the process — revenue depends on solving a real requirement well, not on the relationship with the Embassy. The Embassy can refer knowing beeside gains nothing from the referral itself.

How much does beeside cost? What is the pricing model?

The Beeside pricing model is designed to adapt to the level of support required by each company and project. There is no single fee, as the scope can range from an initial exploration to the comprehensive management of a project.Beeside Free: free entry-level version that allows users to explore an opportunity, complete a basic RFI, obtain a preliminary assessment, and identify potential next steps.Beeside Premium: paid offering associated with a specific project. It includes support from a Beeside Sherpa, advanced RFI, access to Certified Partners, document management, Project Workspace, proposals, follow-up, and other elements required to move the project toward an activation-ready solution.Beeside Premium Enterprise: level designed for organizations with multiple projects and users. It includes Premium capabilities and adds portfolio management, permissions, and consolidated views.Beeside On Demand Services: specialized services such as Market Entry and Risk & Compliance are contracted independently, according to the needs and scope of each project.Third-Party Services / Certified Partners: when a project requires specialized services, these can be contracted through the Beeside ecosystem. Why beeside instead of hiring a local law/tax firm directly? What’s the cost of NOT using a coordinator?

Hiring directly is possible — but the real cost is not the provider’s fee. It is the time and risk of doing yourself the work beeside has already solved: validating which firm is reliable, coordinating so legal, tax, logistics and compliance don’t collide with each other, and doing it without knowing the Mexican market from Australia. Without beeside, the company absorbs that search-and-coordination cost with every provider, separately. With beeside, that validation and coordination work is already done — a single point of contact, through the platform, with already-verified providers.My Own Sherpa (premium add-on): For in-person needs — site visits, supplier meetings, government or partner meetings in Mexico — the beeside Sherpa can travel and attend on-site, representing and reporting back to the company as its own in-country manager. This is offered as an additional premium service, not part of the base engagement.

There is no long-term commitment tied to joining the pilot. The pilot covers the diagnostic session, RFI structuring and a preliminary roadmap — each company decides freely whether to continue after that. If the collaboration proves useful, the relationship simply continues, refined with the company’s feedback.

The Embassy’s commercial representative can get direct access to the platform to see the status of cases originated from the Embassy, through a control dashboard, and generate exportable reports for their own internal tracking. This means the representative keeps visibility of the companies they referred and gets a ready-made reporting tool for their own institution, instead of losing track once a referral is made.
